EasierEmails does not review, approve, or validate Client content for legal compliance and is not responsible for Client misuse of the Service.

4. End User Data & Data Processing Role

When processing End User Data:

  • The Client is the data controller
  • EasierEmails acts solely as a data processor
  • We process End User Data only in accordance with Client instructions and this Privacy Policy
  • We do not independently determine how End User Data is used.
5. Sharing of Information

We may share information:

  • With service providers who support our operations (e.g., hosting, email delivery, payment processing)
  • For legal compliance or to protect rights, safety, or property
